BRIAN OF PATRIOT GLASS CAME OUT AND FIXED ONE HECK OF A MESS THAT ANOTHER TECHNICIAN MADE AT MY HOME. I HAVE EXTENSIVE SHEETS OF GLASS FACING A WELL KNOW CHAIN OF LAKES, IN WHICH ONE OF THE PASSAGE DOORS SHATTERED. BRIAN AND CREW CAME OUT AND FIXED SOMEONE ELSES MESS AND MADE IT ALL RIGHT! When I called Patriot around 1 in the afternoon on a Tuesday I was in a real bind. The glass company that was supposed to come replace a cracked bedroom window that morning had been a no call/no show. My house was being appraised for an fha loan the next day. Brian from Patriot came to my house, after hours (around 6:30) and replaced the window without charging me for after hours work. He was in and out very quickly, and was very professional. I will absolutely use Patriot again should the need arise.
